These "Start" solutions are provided by pinkdylan, and hosted by them on their own servers.

Just because you select a "Start" solution does not mean that you receive inferior support! We are passionate about supporting our clients, not just when things go wrong, but in offering general advice.

We provide the support others just talk about!

If you need help:

• If it is not at all urgent, please email support@pinkdylan.co.uk or if during normal office hours call us on our normal number (below).

  This line should (barring any technical problems) be answered 24x7 - if there is no human being available (and there often is even out of hours), you will reach a menu system. You can leave a message or follow the instructions to be diverted to a mobile for out of hours and emergency support. This will always be answered 24x7 subject to a few exceptions such as being out of mobile coverage.

• NOTE: We have access to support at the datacentre 24x7 in the event of a hardware problem. There will be certain problems that may be difficult to resolve outside hours, and if you reach us by mobile out of the office there will be certain information we may not have immediate access to, however we will do our best to help.
